The stay was great. Large apartment, neat and fully equipped. In the centre. Well cared for, clean linen, there were even tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine and there was plenty of soap and shampoo. Recommended.

I found the hotel by booking through priceline.com, which actually placed the reservation through agoda.com. Agoda.com confirmed my reservation before actually contacting the hotel, and when I arrived, there was not actually a reservation for me. This was not your fault at all, it is a problem at agoda.com. The good news is that Claudia and Dan were incredibly helpful. They were both gracious and helpful, and I was able to book a room for that night with them. My stay at the hotel was perfect, and I really appreciated the great customer service!

Está muy bien ubicado y accesible a diversos modos de transporte. Las calles colindantes tiene poco tráfico y silenciosas al menos en la época que fuimos. Pensamos repertir en próximas visitas. When we checked in we received some good advice about local restaurants, supermarkets etc. Very friendly. We were missing some linen for the sofa bed and this was immediately sorted. My family stayed in Calle Apodaca 5 MADRID SUITE for a couple days recently, the apartment was spacious, very clean, very accessible to most of the main tourist spots and it was very quiet and peaceful at night tiime. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

El trato recibido por Juan Carlos ha sido excelente y nos informó muy bien tanto sobre los apartamentos como sobre la ciudad. Estuvimos en octubre de 2014 y la limpieza era muy buena, esta vez no lo era tanto. Tal y como comenté la vez anterior haría falta una sartén pequeña y una mejor limpieza del sofá. Por lo demás están muy bien situados y son cómodos.

The whole experience was excellent. I love the apt and its location. just one little tip: the hair dryer is too small. Considering the apt can host up to 6 people, it would be better to have a bigger and more efficient hair dryer. I will definitely recommend it.!

We loved our stay at the apartment. Tristan, who checked us in, gave us loads of very helpful information. The apartment was well equipped and spacious for a family of five - we had an apartment for six. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of the city centre.. most of this through a pedestrianised shopping area. There are plenty of bars and cafes nearby. There is a small supermarket around the corner, and a big market just one street away.

I liked everything in the appartments! it is near the centre. so you can get to any point of the city by foot. We had everything in the room: microwave, the Wi-fi, the washing machine. I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Madrid. By the way, the price is quite good:)

Immediately after making the reservation I received a reconfirmation and useful travel information, which was great. As well the email asking for estimated arrival time was very pleasant and gives you a nice comfortable feeling that your stay is being taken well care off. Upon arrival Claudia took the time to explain us about local attractions, restaurants, showed us everything on the map. The app was extremely useful. We only went to local places and had a fantastic time. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Only the bathroom was a bit worn out from water damage. We had a truly enjoyable stay and will definitely recommend your apartment and service to others traveling to Madrid. THANK YOU!

During my trip I visited 3 places, Barcelona, Madrid and Paris. The apartment in Madrid was the best at all. The location was very good, and the area was very safe. The most important point I rely loved is the office below the apartments and the person who met me and my family at the 1st day…Claudia Vannini. She was very welcoming, helpful, and provided us with all information we needed it at any time. If I plan to visit Madrid once again, I will choose the Madrid central suites because of her. If u can add a drier machine it will be a very good idea

We had an excellent stay. Bruno was fantastic in providing all information and was very helpful. The location was superb with everything right there and conveniently located next to the metro stop. The only downside was that the kitchen was very sparsely furnished... would have been nice to have a few more plates, pots/pans, and some basic necessities like oil, salt etc. which we would use.

We would recommend these apartments. the security was good, tho i saw people sneaking in when the door was opened by a resident. The kettle is not automatic, which is a nuisance. This is what I posted on Hotel.com The staff have an office on the first floor, and they are very helpful. We had a two bedroom apartment. Rooms were large including the bathroom, kitchen well equipped. Building has nice size elevator. Stay ten minute metro ride outside of old Madrid and save 75 dollars a night. The building is a three minute walk to Tribunal metro station. Take line 1 directly from Tribunal to Atocha or Chamartin stations for day trips out of Madrid. Getting to Tribunal from the airport is a snap, only one change at Nuevos Ministerios. Several small grocery stores within a couple minutes, and a big Carrfour grocery 10 minutes away. If you have been disappointed with those cramped hotel rooms in Europe, Try Madrid Suites, you will not be disappointed

bem localizado perto de tudo boas condicoes camas muito boas e limpas foi muito bom se voltar a madri gostava de ficar no mesma suite pois adorei tudo pois foi tudo muito agradavel fomos muito bem recebidos e quando chegamos a suite cheirava muito bem e tudo muito limpo se tiver de dar tontuacao de 0a5 pois dou um 5 a tudo pois recomendo

The only suggestion I have is that additional serving dishes would be useful. There is only 1 glass salad bowl in the apartments. A casserole dish for the oven would be good to have as well.

Well maintained apartment. Good value for money. Terrific location with access to metro within 2 minutes walking time. Would be terrific if the TV would have some English channels as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Acogedor, luminoso y muy grande. Buen aislamiento acústico. No se me pidió fianza ni los 30 € por limpieza (como anunciaba la web). El tapón del lavabo no funcionaba pero lo reparé en unos segundos.

Un posto fantastico, grande appartamento in mansarda con dotazioni complete (anche la lavastoviglie!) Ottima base per visitare la città con la metro a 50 m. Fantastici Raphael e Bruno per cordialità e disponibilità. Nessun rumore molesto e gran riposo garantito a tutte le ore. Non potevamo sperare di meglio!

ATTIC: it would be a good Idea to add curtins to the velux+windows: in summer the light wakes you up early! terrace furniture would also be good. some mineral water in the fridge, cofee and tea would be a good welcome.

Quisiera agradecerles las atenciones recibidas durante nuestra estadía. A pesar del error cometido por Uds., no tengo ninguna queja y muy por el contrario, quedé impresionado de la diligencia, honestidad y prontitud con la que se avocaron a resolver el problema y conseguirnos un alojamiento acorde con nuestras expectativas. Además asumieron por completo los costos relacionados, incluso los traslados. Simplemente debo decir que el servicio superó con creces lo que esperábamos. Para nosotros que viajamos con niños esto es extremadamente importante. El apartamento que dispusieron para nosotros luego, estaba impecable, limpio, ordenado, todo nuevo y en perfecto estado. Nosotros hemos viajado por todas partes del mundo, Beijing, Hong-Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Alaska, California, Buenos Aires, Calafate, Bariloche, Santiago de Chile, Benidorm, Valencia, Barcelona, Madrid, Paris y nos hemos hospedado en hoteles de todas las categorías y debo decir que sus atenciones superan a las del viajero más exigente. No dudaría en recomendarlos sin reservas.

We was very satisfied with the appartement and enjoied our stay. we got useful information before arriving and when we arrived. We could easily walk to many musums and other attractions of central Madrid. We can highly recommend the appartment for other travellers.

Non-Spanish speakers would appreciate having some language choices on your television service, e.g. BBC, CNN, TV5. Some people expect a top sheet as well as a bottom sheet on the bed. The apartment was excellent, since everything was new. Location is very good for tourism and basic shopping. A list of nearby stores and services would be helpful.

there should be more kitchenware, a tabletowel or equivalent and clothes peg (to hang the clothes to dry outside). A bit of washingmachinedetergent would have been marvelous. The rest was really fine.

We forgot to let the hotel know about the change in our arrival time so the room was not ready, but it was our own problem. The hotel did their best to prepare the room fast. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it to all our friends.

This apartment is ideally situated, with the metro literally 5 min walk. The local area has plenty of night life variety from sport bars to quaint little Tapas. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern.Would highly recommend. Great Break.

We would high recommend central suites. Great location, walking distance to the main tourist sights, bars, shops and restaurants. Apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Nikita (lady on reception) was very helpful.

El apartamento en el que estuve me gusto mucho, espacioso y con bastante luz. Tambien me gusto la ubicación del mismo. Algo que tengo que mencionar es sobre la tarifa de limpieza: deberia ser mas clara y quiza incluida en el precio total. No me gusto que habia basura del huesped anterior en la cocina cuando yo tome el apartamento. Pero en general muy conforme con el servicio y la ubicación - central pero ala vez tranquilo y silecioso.
