Apartment is spacious in a refurbished Neoclassical historic property located 10 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol and just two metro stops to Puerta del Sol from the nearby metro: Tirbunal. The accommodation is also right between the lively central Madrid district of Malasaña and Chueca and the best of Madrid's nightlife. All the great attractions of Madrid are within a comfortable walking distance through charming old town streets, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor or the Royal Palace.

Apartment is serviced with modern appliances and large living room,  with free internet wifi and equipped kitchen with stove top, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, ironing facilities, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Air-conditioning and climate control, wooden floors, central heating, large king-size bed with visco topping or twin beds upon request, bed linen provided upon arrival. The living room and dining area has a smart channel TV, with beautiful wooden french balconies facing the street, full of light. Bathroom with hair dryer, towels, and free amenities upon arrival including shower gel and shampoo. Daily cleaning is also available upon request.
